How the KH.5D models are grouped

Why application, not just engine size
A diesel engine can be asked to do very different work. A pickup that mostly runs short trips, a bus that stops and starts through a day, and a loader working under load can all use engines in a similar size class and still be operated in very different ways. Grouping by what the engine does makes the choice easier to understand, and the team can then look at the details of your own vehicle.
What to send us
To confirm the right model, it helps to have:
- the make, model and year of the vehicle or equipment;
- what it is used for (delivery, passenger transport, construction, farming, and so on);
- the engine type or code, from the plate or the owner’s manual;
- whether the engine has been replaced or modified.
You do not need all of it. Whatever you have is enough to start a conversation.
